Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、それぞれ動脈硬化および播種性血管内凝固症候群に関与が疑われるC反応性タンパク質(CRP)-M-フィコリン(MFC)およびCRP-超低密度リポタンパク質(VLDL)の共凝集形成の分子機構解明を目指し、(1)MFCおよびVLDLのCRP結合部位の解明、(2)ヒト血清共存下におけるCRP、MFCおよびVLDL混合溶液における共凝集活性の競合性の解明、および(3)複合体・共凝集体中におけるCRPとMFCの化学量論比の解明を目的とする。
