Outline of Research at the Start	ハナビシソウの成長した植物体（地上部・地下部）にはBIA代謝分布は明瞭な違いがあることから、より詳細な器官、組織ではBIA代謝は均一なのか？組織特異的代謝があるのか？あるいはどの成長段階からBIA代謝の分化・区別が現れるのか？　は解明すべき課題である。本研究で我々は詳細な植物の器官・組織に分け、BIA代謝や蓄積を詳しく分析し、BIA代謝物蓄積分布の相関関係、さらには植物成長段階におけるBIA代謝物の分化・変動を詳しく追跡する。その研究成果から植物分化におけるBIA代謝物の分化・区分制御を明らかにしたい。
