Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、タケノコをモデルケースとして、由来が保証された産地の標準試料からDNAを抽出し、次世代シークエンサー（NGS）によってゲノムの網羅的解析を行うことで、産地特異的DNAマーカーを探索する。さらに、各DNAマーカーに特異的な検出法を開発し、加工食品においても利用可能な産地判別技術を開発する。本研究によって、産地判別にDNA分析を導入する手法が一般化されれば、ごく微量のDNAで、あらゆる加工食品における原料原産地判別が可能となる。
