Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では、モデル化合物としてスチルベンおよびイソフラボンを用いて、①プロテオーム解析にて腸におけるポリフェノールに対する応答性(異物代謝応答を中心に)、②LC-MSにて腸における代謝物の挙動ならびに体内側で優位な代謝物の同定を行う。さらに体内側で優位な代謝物の運命や機能性を明らかにする。
