Outline of Research at the Start

アブラナ科植物において系統間の受粉時不和合性を引き起こす一側性不和合性遺伝子座について次の2点について研究を遂行する。①柱頭S27 × 花粉S44の組合せで起こるUI形質はS27系統が持つSUI1-3、S44系統が持つPUI1-3あるいはPUI1-4が認識遺伝子本体であることを遺伝子導入により証明する。②柱頭側優劣性発現機構を明らかにするため、近交系統間F1個体の表現型解析とSUI1遺伝子多型解析を行い、関係性を整理し考察する。
