Outline of Research at the Start

極大粒を形成する京都在来アズキ品種「馬路大納言」の交雑後代で見出された第４染色体および第８染色体の２つの粒大に関するQTLに関して，高精度マッピングおよびゲノム編集によるノックアウト変異体の解析を行い，候補遺伝子の同定を行う．また，QTLに関するNILを作出し，粒大に関するQTLの種子発達における形態面および遺伝子ネットワークへの影響を明らかにする．
