Outline of Research at the Start |
In this study, the authors plan to first optimize the arthropod eDNA methods developed so far. Then the eDNA methods will be validated using conventional methods. Finally, using the optimized eDNA method, the arthropod spatiotemporal dynamics on native plants will be analyzed.
