| Outline of Research at the Start |
本研究では、海産二枚貝類タイラギを研究対象として、二枚貝類の栄養状態を評価する指標を構築する。本種における発現遺伝子データベースの改良を行ったのち、幼生飼育時に給餌区と絶食区を設定することで、栄養状態の異なる幼生を準備して、遺伝子発現解析および代謝物解析により比較する。これにより、栄養状態の良い幼生において活性化する代謝経路を明らかにすることで、そこに含まれる遺伝子群を栄養状態の評価指標として提示する。
