Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、食料の安全保障について、日本の国民的視座に基づいてその概念から再考し、日本、韓国および台湾の現地調査やウェブによる意識調査を行い、国民が求める食料安全保障政策とは何かを探ることが目的である。そのためには、既存の農業政策や食料安全保障となる指標の検討が必要であり、また、それらの政策や指標が消費者の意識調査によって得られる結果と整合的であるか否かが問われる。これらの分析に基づいて、新たな食料安全保障の指標を確立し、国民のニーズにあった食料安全保障政策を提案する。
