| Outline of Research at the Start |
2020年の日本農業は，農地・労働力の縮小が加速し，大規模経営への農業資源の集中傾向も弱まる農業解体的な傾向が確認された．一方で，これまで個を主要な担い手としてきた地域においても，実体のある担い手組織が生まれつつある．
本研究は個別経営卓越地域＝東北・四国・沖縄に焦点をあて，地域労働市場，農業構造，そして成立する組織経営の機能・性格を，事例研究（集落悉皆調査）及び統計分析により明らかにすることを目的とする．さらに，先行して組織経営が展開した地域の事例と比較し，組織の機能・性格に関する異同を議論することを通じ，「世紀末構造変動」後の，日本農業の担い手論を構想する．
