Outline of Research at the Start

近年、スマート農業技術の開発・普及が進みつつある。その技術導入により、技能習得やデータ活用、作業の軽労化が進めば、女性の就農促進や農業生産における基幹作業への従事、経営参画等への可能性が広がると考えられる。そこで、本研究では、スマート農業技術導入前後の女性の作業分担・役割、技能習得・習熟、組織運営に関わる意思決定および経営参画の状況を明らかにし、スマート農業技術導入が女性の就農、農業生産の従事、経営参画に与える影響等を解明する。
