Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は，気候変動下において生物多様性保全に貢献する水田の水管理を明らかにするため，特に全国へ普及する環境保全型農業の一つである「冬期湛水」と「水田ビオトープ（休耕田の湿地化）」に着目する．冬期湛水田と水田ビオトープや他の水田水域との補完的な生物多様性保全機能の把握により，生物多様性保全と農業従事者の負担減，さらに気候変動適応および緩和を両立する新たな水管理を提言することを目指す．
