Outline of Research at the Start	近年、昆虫の飼料利用が家畜の腸内環境を改善することや抗酸化能を亢進させることが明らかとなりつつある。この現象の作用機序を解明することは畜産農家の生産性を向上させることや昆虫の飼料利用を促進するうえで重要なものだと考えられる。そこで下記の達成を目指す。 ①家畜の腸内環境の変化時期を特定し、昆虫粉末の適切な給餌量・期間を明らかにすること ②抗酸化能の亢進をもたらす昆虫粉末中成分を特定し、作用機序を解明すること ③さらに、その成分を多く含む昆虫の生産・加工方法を明らかにすること
