Outline of Research at the Start

日本、中国、韓国で感染報告が現在も続いている新興感染症である重症熱性血小板減少症候群ウイルス（SFTSV）の病原性メカニズムを検討するため、SFTSV感染宿主細胞の変化、特に細胞内シグナル伝達経路の変化に注目して解析する。本研究は、申請者が行ってきたイバラキウイルス研究の手法をSFTSVに応用し、抗リン酸化抗体を用いた主要リン酸サイトの変動検出とRNAシークエンス解析を組み合わせて、相互補完的な解析を行う。変動が見られたシグナル経路については、薬剤や遺伝子ノックアウトなどによりシグナル活性を変化させることで、SFTSV増殖への影響とそのメカニズムを明らかにする。
