Outline of Research at the Start

離出分泌は外分泌腺に認められる分泌様式の一つであり、アポクリン突起の形成と離断によって分泌物が腺腔内に放出される。しかし、その分泌機構はほとんど解明されておらず、また本分泌様式によって分泌される成分についても議論の余地がある。本研究では、離出分泌モデルとしてイヌのアポクリン変形腺に着目し、超微形態レベルにおける分泌時の細胞形態と生体内機能分子の発現について解析を行う。さらに、分泌様式と分泌成分の関連性を解析することで、離出分泌の分泌機構解明に繋がる分子基盤を明らかにする。
