Outline of Research at the Start	①わが国の各地域で捕獲された野生鹿や猪の糞便材料からCampylobacterの分離培養を行い、わが国における同菌の分布状況を明らかにする。 ②本研究で得られた野生鹿、猪由来Campylobacter分離株について次世代シークエンサーを用いたWGS解析を行い、網羅的にCampylobacterの病原関連遺伝子を解析し、病原性を評価する。 ③本研究で得られた野生鹿、猪由来Campylobacter分離株のWGSデータを用いて、core genome 遺伝子型を決定し、各種由来分離株を含めて分子系統解析を行い、同株の由来を考察する。
