Outline of Research at the Start	これまでの研究で、IL-19が抗炎症作用を示すことを報告してきた。本研究では、メタボリック関連脂肪肝炎（MASH）における肝線維化の抑制に抗炎症性因子IL-19がどのように関与しているかを明らかにすることである。具体的には、IL-19の欠損や過剰発現が肝線維化に与える影響や、その制御メカニズムを細胞レベルで解析し、さらにリコンビナントIL-19の有効性を動物モデルで検証する。本研究を通じて、IL-19を活用した新たな肝線維化治療の戦略を構築し、国内外の研究者との連携を強化して、世界的な貢献を果たしたい。
