Outline of Research at the Start

犬の皮膚リンパ腫は稀少で治療法が確立されておらず、その一部に免疫調節薬オクラシチニブが抗腫瘍効果を示すことが報告されているが、作用機序や感受性予測マーカーは不明である。本研究では、in vitro実験および組織解析を通じてオクラシチニブの抗腫瘍メカニズムを明らかにし、JAK1/STAT5経路の関与や他の関連因子の同定を試みる。さらに、得られたバイオマーカーをもとに高悪性度リンパ腫を対象とした臨床試験を実施し、皮膚リンパ腫以外への適応可能性を検証することで、新規治療法の確立を目指す。
