Outline of Research at the Start

AurAは細胞周期進行において重要なリン酸化酵素であり、一次線毛の退縮にも機能する。本研究では、AurA活性を時空間的に自在に操作する光遺伝学ツールopto-AurAを開発する。同時に、細胞内でのAurAの活性を可視化する赤色バイオセンサーを開発する。本研究はこれらのツールを用いて一次線毛退縮におけるAurAの機能を明らかにすることを目的とする。
