Outline of Research at the Start

マウスをモデル生物として、炎症誘発物質LPSの投与によって、ヒトの急性炎症を模倣する。投与の一定期間ごとに精子細胞をサンプリングし、エピゲノム・トランスクリプトーム変化を解析すると共に、次世代個体の免疫学的表現型を解析する。父親の生殖細胞と子供の免疫細胞のオミックス解析から、分子的因果関係を解析する
