Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は、進化速度が極めて遅く、普遍系統樹の根本で分岐する Altiarchaeota の代謝関連遺伝子を解明することにある。そのために、幌延深池層研究所において、地下深部の高圧条件を維持して直接採取した地下水試料を用いて、①現場条件を模擬した高圧培養を行い、②高圧培養試料に対し、極微量化・高確度化にカスタマイズ化された LC/MS によるメタプロテオーム解析と、メタゲノム 解析データを組み合わせて増殖関連遺伝子の解明の解明を行う。
