Outline of Research at the Start	申請者は過去の研究で、条件等色法を応用し網膜にある光受容器への刺激量を調節する方法の開発、夜間の光曝露が及ぼす睡眠やエネルギー消費への影響、スマートフォンからの光影響は視聴内容や室内の照明環境にもよることなどを明らかにしてきた。本研究では、日常生活で曝露される夜間の室内照明やスマートフォンなどの液晶ディスプレイからの光、屋外照明からの光を把握し、光環境と相互に関係する生活因子との関係性を整理することを目的としている。研究から得られた成果はデータベース化し、健康の維持増進や環境配慮のために、屋内外の照明計画や液晶ディスプレイ利用の指針化を図る。
