Outline of Research at the Start	利き手などの行動の左右差は脳半球の機能非対称性を反映するが、トレーニングを通じて矯正させることが可能である。この矯正過程における脳の機能非対称性の動態は明らかではない。本研究では、マウスの利き手矯正パラダイムを用いて、利き手のスイッチ過程における脳半球の動態変化とその影響の解明を目的とする。これまでの研究で利き手スイッチへの関与が判明している両側アセチルコリン供給系の生理的動態を足掛かりに、生体マウス脳からの電気生理記録や脳半球間の遺伝子発現変化解析を用いて、利き手の変化を創発する半球非対称的な脳動態や半球間競合の解明を目指す。
