Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、動物個体への適応性が高いケージド化合物群を開発し、生体深部での生理活性分子の活性制御を可能にする。研究代表者はこれまで、長波長光で制御可能かつ高い反応効率を示すケージド化合物群を開発してきた。そこで、さらにin vivoでの適応性が高い化合物群を開発し、ケミカルツールとしてだけでなく、小分子と光を用いた新たな活性操作の戦略としての基盤を構築する。
