Outline of Research at the Start

研究代表者はこれまでに、大きな歪みエネルギーをもつ炭素三員環シクロプロパンをスピロ型にすることでさらに反応性が高くなることを見出しており(スピロ活性化)、その特長を活かした反応を開発してきた。本研究では、求核剤として硫黄イリドやイソシアニドを用いるスピロシクロプロパンの環拡大反応を検討し、医薬品のリード化合物の中心構造としての利用が期待できるシクロブタン骨格の新規構築法の開発を目指す。また、スピロシクロプロパンを不斉合成し、環拡大反応を経て多置換シクロブタンの不斉合成を目指す。
