Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、未開拓のニトロスルフェニル化合物の合成と反応性を系統的に検討し、合成化学に新たな価値を提供する。特に、世界初となるニトロスルフェニル化合物の酸化的アミド化を開発し、α位と窒素の官能基を自在に導入可能な新規分枝アミド合成法を確立する。これにより、薬理活性分子やその誘導体の迅速な創製が可能となる。
