Outline of Research at the Start

生体を構成する組織には様々な細胞が存在しており、これらの細胞の機能を解明するためには、個々の細胞内の分子の動きを詳細に追跡する必要がある。本研究は、細胞内のオルガネラに局在する分子が細胞状態とリンクしてどのように変化していくかを解析するために、分析対象オルガネラを選択的に採取・質量分析してオルガネラ局在代謝物を網羅的に解析するとともに、これらの代謝物の経時変化を追跡するための方法を開発する。さらに本方法をがんモデル細胞に適用し、がんの病態メカニズムを細胞・オルガネラ単位で解明する。
