Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、漢方薬の薬効への関与が期待される生薬含有ペプチドを対象に、医療用漢方製剤の原末生薬を用いて、網羅的な解析を駆使・適用することによって、効率的な探索を試みる。そして最終的に、生薬含有ペプチドライブラリーの構築を目指し、以下の3項目を実施をする。
①ペプチド抽出画分におけるLC-MSを用いた生薬含有ペプチドの探索・スクリーニング
②プロテオーム解析手法を用いた生薬含有ペプチドの同定・構造解析
③生薬含有ペプチドの合成ペプチドによる構造確認と生物学的機能調査
