CRISPR/Cas9システムによって生じた構造変異に起因するオンターゲット毒性の発現機構を解明するために、独自に開発した構造変異の評価系を利用し、分解誘導システムを組み込んだCas9ヌクレアーゼや近位依存性ビオチン化酵素を利用した時間分解能の高い解析を実行する。
