Outline of Research at the Start

新薬研究開発がグローバル環境で実施される現在、世界各国における企業の新薬開発・当局による新薬承認は互いに連関・依存し、他国の開発・承認内容に互いに影響を与えあう。企業は各国間の施策・判断の差異やタイミングのずれを戦略的に活用するため、日本に導入される新薬の種類、導入のタイミング、使用方法は、他国の判断やその予測に影響される。本研究では、海外の新薬開発・承認等の施策・規制、承認判断（例：リスクベネフィットや有効率の閾値など）と日本での新薬の開発・承認内容、有効性・安全性プロファイルの相互の連関・依存を明らかにし、グローバル開発時代に有効な施策のためのエビデンスを得ることを目的とする。
