Outline of Research at the Start

薬物の皮膚透過量は、皮膚にある角層によって制限されるため、多くの薬物を皮膚適用製剤にすることは困難である。薬物の皮膚透過性を高めるために皮膚透過促進剤を使用されているが、イオン液体技術を用いて皮膚透過促進効果があり、かつ皮膚刺激性を少なくする手法を見出した。本研究では、この物質の作用部位およびより早く実使用されることを目的に、使用実績のある物質を用いてイオン液体の作成が可能であるか評価する。
