Outline of Research at the Start

腎移植後の慢性拒絶反応の発症は、移植腎の長期予後に影響することから、その早期診断が重要である。慢性拒絶反応の確定診断には腎生検が必須となるが、合併症のリスクを伴うことから、非侵襲的な診断法の確立が喫緊の課題である。そこで本研究では、慢性拒絶反応と関連した尿中エクソソーム内microRNAに着目し、培養細胞を用いた基礎薬理学的な検証を行うことで、慢性拒絶反応の新たな発現機序解明、さらには診断法の確立を目的とする。
