Outline of Research at the Start

薬の効果や副作用の発現に大きな影響を及ぼす薬物代謝酵素CYP3Aの活性評価法として開発した6β－ヒドロキシコルチゾール/コルチゾール血中濃度比により副作用なく効果を得られる薬物投与設計の実施を目指しています。そのために、この血中濃度比を様々な人を対象に測定し、正常範囲を確立します。また、炎症の指標であるIL-6等がCYP3A活性に影響を及ぼすかについても検討します。
