Outline of Research at the Start

喘息患者のステロイド薬に対する感受性の低下に関与する分子機序と、難治性喘息患者における生物学的製剤の投与がステロイド感受性を回復させる分子機序を探索し、共通するメカニズムを明らかにする。これにより、ステロイド治療に対する有効性が低く、生物学的製剤の有効性が高い喘息患者を判別可能なバイオマーカーを構築する。
