Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、チオプリン薬で治療を行った患者のNUDT15遺伝子多型を網羅的に解析し、治療経過への影響に関連するdiplotypeを明らかにする。これらのNUDT15 diplotypeについて、遺伝子多型を含む発現ベクターにより生成した酵素の代謝能の変化や物性を評価して、遺伝子多型による機能変化の機序を解明する。さらに、NUDT15酵素の基質となる医薬品及び代謝物の構造や物性の違いによる代謝へのNUDT15遺伝子多型による影響の差を評価する。
