Outline of Research at the Start	脂肪幹細胞は障害組織への指向性・組織修復作用を有することが報告されており、細胞医薬としての臨床応用が進められている。また、細胞内での脂肪酸代謝に関わるカルニチンは、脂肪幹細胞の機能・多分化能維持を担うこと、並びに、細胞内に発生した活性酸素を除去する抗酸化作用も有することが知られている。本研究では、より有効性を高めた脂肪幹細胞を細胞医薬に応用するため、カルニチンを始めとした抗酸化物質の脂肪幹細胞における輸送機構の精査と抗酸化物質を用いてプライミングした脂肪幹細胞の障害組織細胞に対する保護効果について検証する。
