Outline of Research at the Start

ヒト消化管吸収性を非臨床試験の段階で精度よく予測しておくことは、効率的な経口剤開発を行う上で極めて重要である。本研究では薬物吸収に寄与する有効小腸表面積を考慮した吸収予測モデルに小腸内生理変動(リパーゼ活性など)を反映させることで、油脂製剤からの薬物吸収に及ぼす食事、加齢、併用薬などの影響を精度よく予測することを目指す。また、薬物吸収特性を最大化できる製剤の設計を行う。本研究は、新薬及び後発医薬品開発の効率化、並びに臨床現場での医薬品の適正使用に大きく貢献できる。
