Outline of Research at the Start

我々は、細胞集積法を用いて三次元的に構築したリンパ管培養組織をマウスに移植し、宿主静脈との自発的なリンパ管－静脈吻合（LVA）の形成を確認した。上記の人工組織は、リンパ管静脈吻合術に代わる移植材料として活用可能であると考え、LVA構築の過程や機能を詳細に解析し、今後の治療法への応用を目指している。また、Flcn knockdown血管内皮細胞を加えることで、LVAの構築を促進し、移植組織のリンパ排導機能を高めることを目指している。
