Outline of Research at the Start

凍結肩(いわゆる五十肩)は、その病因に関してはいまだ不明である。近年、凍結肩の病態として腱板疎部における血管新生や、それを広く充填する烏口上腕靱帯の肥厚・線維化が注目されるようになった。本研究では、腱板疎部を烏口上腕靱帯に限定せずに疎性結合組織をも含めて肉眼解剖と組織学的手法により解析し、得られた知見を健常・凍結肩患者の肩にて、超音波画像を用いて生体内検証する。腱板疎部における組織学的性状を包括的に理解することで、臨床応用可能な評価基盤を提言できる。
