Outline of Research at the Start

膵線維化や、膵臓の脂肪変性などは膵癌の発生リスクとして注目されており、ADM、PanIN、IPMNなどの膵癌の前駆病変の自然発生率および相互依存関係についての解明は診断法から重要である。これまでに一般病理組織学検査においては、術前の生検や、手術切除標本の病理診断および病理解剖の病理組織学的手法が、検査対象者に限定され、慢性病態の実像解明は把握されていない。本研究は解剖学実習体に膵臓およびその周囲の関連臓器の病気がない標本を対象にして、膵臓の頭部・体部・尾部の3か所において上記の慢性病態を病理組織学的に同定し、高齢者膵臓慢性疾患の鑑別診断特に膵癌の早期診断と治療対策に貢献する基礎情報を提供する。
