Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、心不全を克服するために、申請者が世界に先駆けて開発した1細胞で心臓のエネルギー効率を計測できる方法を用いて、エネルギー効率を高める薬剤を高効率にスクリーニングできる方法を確立する。このスクリーニングにより得られた薬剤候補に対して、遺伝学的および構造学的側面からも検討することで、新規の心不全治療法スクリーニング法の非臨床基盤を構築する。これにより、将来的に力学-代謝連関を是正することで心臓の機能を改善し、新規の心不全治療へつなげていく事を目指す。
