Outline of Research at the Start	ミトコンドリアの呼吸鎖複合体IV(mtCcO)は生体エネルギー産生における最も重要なタンパク質の一つであり、様々な疾病に関与する。本課題では、計算科学的なペプチドデザイン手法を用いてmtCcOのアロステリック活性調節ペプチドの創出を行う。これを用いて、mtCcOに内在する活性増強機構の全容を解明し、ミトコンドリア病の新規治療薬開発を目指す。
