Outline of Research at the Start

膵発癌の生物学的機序の本質は未だ未解明である。マウスモデルに基づく膵発癌過程がヒトの発癌過程で真に生じているかは明らかになっておらず、また、発癌起源となる膵臓構成細胞は解明されていない。そして、ヒト膵発癌過程は一元的モデルに集約できない複雑性を有する可能性が高い。そこで申請者はヒト膵発癌早期過程の解明を目的とし、ヒト膵組織形態と空間オミクス情報を評価することでヒト膵発癌機構の理解を深化させることを目指す。
