Outline of Research at the Start	骨外性骨肉腫は、軟部発生で疾患特異的なドライバー変異を持たず、高齢者に好発する高悪性度多形性肉腫の一群に属すると思われる。しかし発症頻度が低いため同群の他疾患と異なり、網羅的なゲノム解析、発現解析、DNAメチル化解析についての報告がほとんどなく、疾患の全体像が不明瞭となっている。本研究では、主として骨外性骨肉腫において、これらの網羅的解析やテロメア維持機構についての解析を行う。そこから他の高悪性度多形性肉腫や骨内高悪性度骨肉腫との比較を通して、骨外性骨肉腫の位置づけを明らかにすることを目指す。
