Outline of Research at the Start	2017年の国際会議で特発性多中心性キャッスルマン病（iMCD）をTAFRO症候群を呈するiMCD-TAFROと、従来のiMCDをiMCD-NOSとすることが提唱されたが、いまだ病態が解明されておらず、また病理診断が難しい。本研究では、リンパ節および骨髄病理検体を用い、形態、免疫組織化学、遺伝子解析を行い、特に１枚の切片の複数部位について遺伝子発現と蛋白発現をそれぞれ網羅的に解析できる新しい解析法、デジタル空間プロファイラーも用いてその病態を明らかにする。また、病理組織学的、免疫組織学的所見をスコア化し、病理医が正しく診断できるようなiMCD-TAFRO病理診断スコアリングステムを開発する。
