Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、いまだに不明な肉腫における脱分化現象の機序解明を目的とし、様々な脱分化型肉腫を収集してH3K27me3の発現欠損をはじめとするエピジェネティクスの異常の有無を詳細に検索すると共に、間葉系腫瘍の培養細胞株を用いてエピジェネティクスの異常が分化に与える影響を調査し、脱分化肉腫の培養細胞株に対してエピジェネティクス制御化合物を投与することで分化の誘導が可能か否かについても検証する。
