Outline of Research at the Start	肺神経内分泌癌(NEC)は予後不良で治療耐性を示す腫瘍で、新たな治療戦略が求められている。NECは近年、ASCL1、NEUROD1、POU2F3、YAP1の発現によりサブタイプ分類できることが報告されている。申請者はこれらの因子が腫瘍内で不均一に発現することに気づき、この不均一性こそが治療抵抗性や免疫応答の多様性に関与していると考えた。本研究では、空間トランスクリプトームを用い、腫瘍内における遺伝子発現の局在と細胞構成を可視化・解析し、治療抵抗性/免疫関連分子を網羅的に抽出する。それらの候補因子について免疫染色や細胞実験により機能的意義を検証し、新たな予後予測マーカーや治療標的の同定を目指す。
