Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では, 原発性胆汁性胆管炎 (PBC)における老化細胞の多様性を明らかにし, 有害な老化細胞の制御による新しいPBC治療法の開発基盤となる基礎的研究を行う。特に,現在明らかでない, PD-L1陽性老化細胞, ミトコンドリア機能異常, cGAS (cyclic GMP-AMP synthase)-STING (stimulator of interferon genes) 経路の関与とPBCのウルソデオキシコール酸（UDCA）治療反応性など臨床病理学的項目との関連を検討する。
