Outline of Research at the Start

腫瘍細胞および周囲免疫細胞、間質細胞を含む個々のRNA発現や蛋白発現に加えて物質代謝状態を単一細胞レベルで空間的に取得・統合し、「①腫瘍組織内での細胞形態とその局在、脱分化現象との関連性」「②SWI/SNF関連エピゲノム異常との関連性」「③腫瘍細胞と周囲免疫細胞、間質細胞との相互反応との関連性」について解明することを目的とする。そのために、１細胞レベルで多種マーカーを同時解析可能な次世代空間的プロテオーム解析と網羅的代謝物解析を融合したプロテオーム・メタボローム比較解析を実施する。以上により、脱分化現象が生じる原因を微小環境と代謝制御という面から探索・層別化し新規治療標的の探索を目指す。
