Outline of Research at the Start

神経内分泌性汗腺癌 (SCAND) は2022年に我々が提唱した新規の皮膚付属器癌であるが，臨床的に最適と考えられる治療法やドライバー遺伝子異常について依然として不明の部分が多い．我々は，これまでに経験してきた30例のアーカイブ症例を用いて，SCANDの最適な治療法の模索や未知のドライバー遺伝子異常の発見を目指す．前者については30例の後向き観察研究によって模索し，後者についてはパネルシーケンスならびにサンガーシーケンスによって検索する．さらに我々は病理組織学的にSCANDに類似するものの臨床的・免疫組織化学的には異なる新規皮膚付属器癌を発見しており，その概念を確立させることも目指している．
